YILPORT Leixões gained more than two percentage points of market share in the first two months of the year, according to data released by the Mobility and Transport Authority (AMT).

In January and February, the Leixões container terminal handled 110,785 TEU, which is its best record ever for the period in question.

In comparison with the first two months of last year, growth exceeds 17%!

With this, Leixões already counts more than 22% of the traffic of containers in the mainland ports!

In global terms, in the first two months of the year, the handling of containers reached 495,798 TEU, with a year-on-year gain of 10%.
