The terminals of the Iberian Peninsula contributed 1.2 million TEU to the overall result. Yilport Leixões remained the outstanding leader with 633,000 TEU. In Lisbon, Yilport Liscont handled 233 thousand TEU and Yilport Sotagus 160 thousand, with a double-digit growth comparing the homologous period. With ten facilities in Europe and South America, Yilport Holding reached the end of the year 2017 as the 13th largest container terminal operator in the world, according to the Drewry ranking. And remains ambitious to quickly reach the top 10 by developing existing infrastructures and new investments. |
