The YILPORT Group handled 6.1 million TEU worldwide last year, 8% more than in 2018.

In the Iberian region, where the Leixões Container Terminal is a prominent leader, 1.22 million TEU were handled last year at the group's nine terminals.

YILPORT ended 2019 in the 12th place in the world ranking prepared by Drewry and maintains the objective of reaching the top 10 in 2025.

However, for the current year, the strategic focus is on the expansion and modernisation of the existing terminals, an example of which is the ongoing investments in YILPORT Leixões.
