TRUCKS SERVED IN 11 MINUTES 2016-04-04 In March, TCL maintained the level of prompt response to road transport operators demanding the Leixões Container Terminal delivering or collecting containers. Ultimately, all the thousands of transactions recorded last month, it was concluded that the average length of service, or wait was only 11 minutes per truck. In the same vein, it is possible to ensure that on average each truck that "called" TCL in March remained only 39 minutes inside the port area, i.e., within the perimeter reachable by the Main Gate. TCL continues, thus, determined to encourage the flow of the transit of goods by Leixões, thereby also benefiting the performance of all other economic agents that with it integrate the supply chains and finally, shippers, exporters and importers. |
