TCL VERY CLOSE TO 3,000 TEU / DAY 2016-09-21 Once again, the Leixões Container Terminal came very close to achieving the milestone of the daily 3,000 TEU. This time, took place on 16 September, the best day of the week no. 38. On that day, TCL operated five ships, having handled, at the quay front, a total of 1,734 containers, which corresponded to "those" 2,915 TEU. Throughout the week, TCL received and operated 25 ships, resulting in the handling of 6,668 containers, or 11,117 TEU. Between 12 and 18 September, TCL even handled other 6,080 containers now at the container yard, having received 3,447 and shipped 2,633, by land. |
