TCL SURPASSES THE DAILY 3,200 TEU 2015-08-26 It happened on August 22 the best day of the week no. 34 at the Leixões Container Terminal. On that day, in a single day, TCL operated seven ships and handled 3,254 TEU (corresponding to 1,954 containers)! Throughout the week, comprised between 17 and 23 August, the TCL operated 27 ships, resulting in the handling of 7,258 containers, 11,638 TEU. The accounting of the container handling in the week is completed with reference to the 2,669 that arrived at TCL by land, and the 2,851 that departed from there by road or rail, totalling over 5,520 units that were handled in the park area. |
