On May 2, the TCL exceeded the threshold of 3,300 TEU handled in a single day. It was precisely 3,309. A result which illustrates the Terminal's reaction capacity and the growing trend of the volumes unloaded/loaded in each call.
On that day were operated five ships (a weekly total of 31) and handled 2,298 containers.
The 2nd of May was thus the best day of the week no. 18, comprised between April 27 and May 3.
In that week, the TCL received and operated 31 ships, resulting in the movement of 8,513 containers, equivalent to 13,145 TEU.
To these movements further compounded the 5,447 containers handled at the container yard, resulting from the reception of 3,274 and dispatching of 2,173 other, all by land.
