TCL OVERCAME AGAIN THE 3,000 TEU / DAY 2016-08-17 More and more frequent are the days when the Container Terminal handles more than 3,000 TEU, but still justifies mentioning it. This time happened on week no. 33, specifically on the 13th of August. On that Saturday, TCL operated six ships, having unloaded / loaded 2,034 containers, to which corresponded 3,088 TEU. Throughout the week, between 8 and 14 August, 30 ships called TCL, and hence resulted the movement of 9,474 containers, equivalent to 14,807 TEU. Add to these numbers the 7,430 movements counted at the container yard, with the reception of 3,468 containers and the shipment of 3,962 boxes, that arrived or left the port by land. |
