TCL ONCE AGAIN ABOVE THE DAILY 3,000 TEU 2016-06-08 Once again, the Leixões Container Terminal handled over 3,000 TEU in one single day. The last time happened on the 31st of May. They were then operated six ships, resulting in the unloading / loading of 1,965 containers, or 3,070 TEU. Between the 30th of May and the 5th of June, corresponding to week no. 23, TCL received the "visit" of 31 ships, having handled at the quay front 8,629 containers, or 14,136 TEU. A good result, no doubt. Intense was also the work at the container yard, where arrived by rail or truck, 4,111 containers, and from where they left, by the same modes, 4,090 boxes, totalling over 8,201 movements. |
