Once again, the Leixões Container Terminal was very close to handling 3,000 TEU in a single working day. It happened on 13 May, which was the best day of the week no. 19 (8-14 May).

On that day, TCL operated only four ships, but this resulted in the unloading / loading of 1,742 containers, corresponding to 2,819 TEU. Note that among the ships operated was what would become the Ship of the Week.

Besides, week no. 19 was quite hard work - and profitable! - for TCL, with the operation of 32 ships and the handling, at the quay front, of 9,395 containers, or 15,537 TEU.

In addition, at the container yard, plus 6,845 containers were handled, among the 3,440 that arrived at TCL by land and the 3,405 that were also shipped by truck or train.
