TCL HANDLED 11,000 TEU ON WEEK 14 2015-04-08 There weren’t 11,000, but almost. Between March 30 and April 5 (week no. 14), the Leixões Container Terminal handled 10,995 TEU (6,914 containers). A total of 26 ships were operated during the week. The best day of the week, measured in number of containers handled was Tuesday, March 31. They were then unloaded/loaded 1,553 containers, equivalent to 2,300 TEU, as the result of six ships operation. Also on week no. 14, the TCL handled, ashore, other 5,890 containers, between the 2,851 that arrived and the 3,039 that departed, by road or rail. |
