TCL EXCEEDS AGAIN THE DAILY 3,000 TEU 2016-08-10 Once again, the Leixões Container Terminal has exceeded the threshold of 3,000 TEU handled in one day. This time happened on the 6th of August, a sign that we are not at a time of vacation... This Saturday, TCL received and operated six ships, having unloaded / loaded 1,981 containers, which corresponded to 3,185 TEU. Throughout week no. 32, comprised between 1 and 8 August, 30 ships called the Leixões Container Terminal, resulting in the handling, on the quay, of 7,676 containers, or 12,609 TEU. At the container yard, the handling of containers amounted to over 6,983, with 3,327 entries and 3,656 exits, by land. |
