For the third consecutive month, the Leixões Container Terminal largely exceeded 50,000 handled TEU.
In August, in spite of the holidays as well as some disturbances on the normal functioning of the ports, TCL managed to handle 32,857 containers (51,291 TEU).
It was, largely, the best August ever in the history of the Leixões Container Terminal, with a corresponding growth of 27% in TEU and of 26% in units.
With these figures, August was placed directly in the third place of the best months ever in the concession of the Leixões Container Terminal. Only exceeded by July and June…
