In full August, traditional month of holidays, the Leixões Container Terminal keeps working full-time and adding robust results.
That’s what happened, once again, on the 32nd week, between the 6th and the 12th August, with the operation of 26 ships and the handling to/from the quay of a total of 8,047 containers (12,593 TEU).
Just on Saturday the 11th, the most intense working day, TCL operated seven ships and discharged/loaded 1,748 containers, 2,782 TEU.
On yard, more than 6,658 containers were handled with the reception of 3,434 containers and the delivery of another 3,224 containers which entered/left the port by land.
