In September, the Leixões Container Terminal handled 30,800 containers, to which corresponded 50,078 TEU.

Given the results of September a year ago, the figures now achieved represent a year-on-year growth of 1% and 4.3%, respectively.

In the balance of the first nine months of the year, TCL sums 302,689 containers handled (more 4.9%, year-on-year) or 491,715 TEU (more 6.95%).

Going into the last quarter, it appears, therefore, that 2016 will be another year with a handling record for TCL, which thus continues to work at the limit of its installed capacity.
