The Leixões Container Terminal again (almost) touched the threshold of 3,000 TEU handled in a single day.
This time happened on July 1, and as the result of the operation of eight ships. In total, 1,801 containers, equivalent to 2,916 TEU, were unloaded/loaded. One can say that it came very close.
In the balance of the week no. 27, comprised between June 29 and July 5, the TCL received and operated 27 ships, resulting in the movement of 7,092 containers, or 11,480 TEU.
Add to these numbers 7,549 containers handled in the container yard, resulting from the arrival of 3,489 and the exit of 4,060, by land.
