TCL ABOVE THE DAILY 3,000 TEU 2015-02-11 Last February 3, TCL exceeded the threshold of 3,000 TEU handled in a single day. There were precisely 3,060, as the result of the operation of six ships. Throughout the week no. 6, fulfilled between 2 and 8 February, the Leixões Container Terminal received and operated 26 ships. Resulting in the handling of a total of 7,692 containers, equivalent to 12,098 TEU. The 3rd was the best day of the week, with 1,839 containers unloaded/loaded. To complete the balance of the week no. 6, should be pointed out that the TCL handled at the container yard over 6,668 containers, as the result of the reception of 3,318 boxes and the shipping of another 3,350 which entered/left the port by land. |
