"SAFMARINE NUBA" ABOVE THE 2,300 TEU 2016-04-27 The "Safmarine Nuba” has again been the Ship of the Week at the Leixões Container Terminal. Now it was on week no. 17, comprised between the 18th and the 24th of April. The ship from the Maersk Line stood out either by the number of containers handled or either by the productivity achieved in the unloading and loading operations. In its latest call at TCL, the "Safmarine Nuba" handled no less than 2,363 TEU! The movement of containers began at 08:22, Sunday, the 17th, and ended at 15:12, on Monday. There were 20 hours of effective work, at a high pace, having reached an average of 74 movements per hour. |
