MSC MAINTAINS THE LEADERSHIP AMONG THE SHIPOWNERS 2015-07-06 MSC reinforced, in June, the condition of the shipowner that handles more containers at the TCL. The Swiss company, number two in the world ranking of shipping containers, again exceeded all competition, particularly the Maersk Line, number one in the world (and also in 2014, at Leixões) and its partner in the 2M alliance. Moreover, the results of June slightly differed from shipowners’ Top 5 of the first half of 2015. The only stirred happened in the fourth and fifth place, with the PSL and the CLDN to change positions relatively to the alignment of the first half. The CMA CGM, by itself, is still firmly in third place, as in the world ranking. |
