August arrived, and with it the official holiday season, but even so, the Leixões Container Terminal does not slow down.

On week no 31, which took place precisely between 31 July and 6 August, TCL received and operated 27 ships, resulting in the handling of 8870 containers, or 14 279 TEU.

The most intense day of work, in handled units, was Friday, 4 August, when 1647 containers / 2791 TEU were unloaded / loaded, resulting from the operation of five ships.

However, it should also be noted, as a matter of curiosity and not only, that TCL worked uninterrupted day and night from Thursday to Friday and from Friday to Saturday, so as to free the ships to continue their journeys.

Still on week no. 31, at the container yard, TCL handled more 7331 containers (3358 received and 3973 shipped).
