That the productivity of the Leixões Container Terminal is the highest among its counterparts, it is well known. Still, it is never too much to remember ... and prove it.

This is what happened on week 34 (19-25 August) in the "Safmarine Nakuru” operation: 1936 TEU were handled between 8:29 a.m. on the 19th and 5:41 a.m. on the 20th!

That is, "Safmarine Nakuru” was operated nonstop, day and night, at an average rate of 60 moves per hour. This minimises the downtime of the Maersk’s ship in port. Because time is money!
