“ELAFONISOS” HANDLED MORE THAN 2,000 TEU AT TCL 2015-09-02 The "Elafonisos" debuted as Ship of the Week at the Leixões Container Terminal on week no. 35. The title was earned because the "Elafonisos", at the service of Maersk Line, was the ship that handled more containers – 2029 TEU – among the 27 that have called the TCL between 24 and 30 August. The containers’ unloading and loading operations started at 8:41 on the 27th and lasted until 10:42 on August 28. In the end, all things considered, the net productivity in the operation of "Elafonisos" reached 53 movements per effective hour of operations. |
