ANOTHER DAY ON THE 3,000 TEU... 2016-09-07 Just lacked that little bit... and TCL would hit again the threshold of 3,000 TEU handled in one day. This time, it happened on Saturday, the 3rd of September. Eight ships were then operated and unloaded / loaded 1,923 containers, corresponding to... 2,929 TEU! This was the best day of the week no. 36 (from the 29th of August to the 4th of September) at the Leixões Container Terminal. In the week’s overview, TCL operated 31 ships, resulting in the movement of 7,432 containers, or 11,987 TEU. Ashore, at the container yard, week no. 36 has resulted in over 5,706 containers handled, with 2,654 entering and 3,052 exiting, by land. |
