The operational capacity of the Leixões Container Terminal is widely recognised and is the main reason for its success.

Still, there are days when that responsiveness is pushed to limits that continue to surprise.

It happened on the 10th of October, the best day of the week no. 41 (5th to 11th of October).

On that day, 11 (eleven!) ships were operated, with the unloading / loading of 1,918 containers, or 3,278 TEU. Volumes aside, the work of everyone involved (and not just at YILPORT Leixões) is impressive to allow the rotation of 11 ships in a terminal with the characteristics of Leixões.

In the balance for week 41, there are also 32 operated ships and 14,511 TEU (8,958 containers) unloaded / loaded.

At the container yard there were another 7,056 moves, with 3,181 boxes received and 3,875 shipped.
