2018-05-09 Once again – it’s becoming more frequent - Yilport Leixões has overcome the 3,000 TEU mark in a single day. Now in week 18, it happened on 5th May, as a result of the operation of eight ships (among them what would become the Ship of the Week). On that day, 1,964 containers were unloaded / loaded, corresponding to 3,155 TEU. Throughout the week, between 30th April and 6th May, 27 ships called the container terminal of Leixões having moved 7,382 containers, or 11,840 TEU. Adding to these numbers 6,576 containers were handled in the park, i. e. 2,788 arrived there and 3,788 were sent by truck or train. |
